Skirt Set | Name Necklace | Initial Necklace
Happy Monday, ya’ll!!! I’m just going to be honest and let you know this past week has been one of if not the most stressful week I’ve had in over 4 years, life *shrugs*. My apologies in advance for a short and to the point post.
Well, ya’ll know I love a skirt set so I was excited to find this one for $18, yes the whole thing, $18. I will give you a full review on the set since it is from SheIn and SheIn can be hit or miss. I’d say the top is a hit and the skirt is a miss. I like them together if you are giving full vacay/tropical vibes like I am here. However, I would wear the top with a different skirt or jeans whereas, I would not wear this skirt with anything except this top. The quality of the cut of the skirt isn’t as good as the top. IMO, the top is worth the $18 alone.
Other things to know if you want to order from Shein.
- There are no taxes or shipping charges. #win
- It comes from China so it’s a 3 week wait period (I’ve gotten items in as few as 10 days but give it 3 weeks)
- READ the reviews!!!!!!!!!! This one is SO important. Read the reviews, if there is one bad one, believe them especially about “weird” fabric. I got got with “weird” fabric which is legit like a child’s Halloween costume.
- If there aren’t any reviews, I wouldn’t order but then again if there’s potential you’ll love it it may be worth the chance of throwing away $20.
- They do offer returns (free I believe), so technically your $20 won’t be thrown away
While, I am gifted product from SheIn I do also purchase items as well. This Skirt set is an item I purchased. There’s only been 3 pieces I received that were misses everything else I liked or loved. I like SheIn because you’re able to play with trends without spending too much money. It’s for fun looks, like vacay or a one time event.

When I saw this set I thought of LottaFrutta, a local small business serving Cuban food but known for their fruit cups. I can’t remember which fruit cup I got but what I learned was to let it sit so the seasonings can marinate into the fruit. Anywho, LottaFrutta is bright and colorful and gives all the Cuban vibes #intoit. Go Support!!!
Sadly, I took photos twice and I just could not get the lighting right so, here ya go. lol Ya’ll know I’m new to blogging and we’re still learning and editing photos is on the constant “Room for Improvement” list. lol
I have LottaFrutta geo-tagged on my Instagram if you’re looking for the address and I’ll put it below as well.
