The time has come …. I’ve decided to properly cover the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year.
Previously, before I was a Full Time blogger I followed a lot of bloggers and they tended to share the same styles, none of which are my personal style. I thought to self, the NSALE has some country a** sh*t.
Then I unfollowed bloggers who didn’t align with me and my style. When I did that and shopped the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I saw it with different eyes and found great items, my favorite NSALE purchases I still have and wear years later.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is great to stock up on your favorite items that only go on sale during the NSale. I get a lip kit each year, update my UGG slippers, get a few fashion pieces and Nike almost always as something I love.
That’s what I’ll be sharing with you; the classic staples, items I buy every year and the best fashion pieces I see myself wearing the entire season.
Boots and outerwear are great to shop during the NSale because as we know those are the pricier items so getting a good deal can help save a few coins for you.

I’ll be in store that day seeing what I can see. Snapping photos and videos and seeing if they’ll let me shop early … I’m Influencer status so I’m supposed to wait until Friday but we’ll see what I can swindle in store.
PREVIEW IS LIVE!!!
Today the NSALE preview went live! I spent a few hours looking through everythig, adding my favorites to a wishlist, then going back through and picking out my favorites that I’ll wear the most. I then added those to a final edit wishlist to make my shopping as seamless as possible.
While looking, I found a few items I already own that will be included in the sale this year. I’ll be sharing ways to style my NSALE picks for now and later in the cooler months over the next few weeks.

SHOP THE POST
FREE PEOPLE SWEATERS: I have both the black and cream on my wishlist because clearly I’m very into cream this season and I always want/need an oversized black sweater to throw on over my Spanx Leather Leggings (also in the sale) in the colder months.
ALL SAINTS COMBAT BOOTS: 1. I wanted these last year but my budget was like, nah girl. 2. I’ve wanted a pair of nice combat boots for a couple of years. soooo, this is the year!
FENDI SUNGLASSES: another item I’ve had my eye on for a year. This is the first item I’m jumping on. Praying to the shopping GODS I’m able to snag these before they sell out.
BAREFOOT DREAMS SOCKS: I felt the barefoot dreams blanket in store and it just felt like a blanket, idk, maybe my blanket palette isn’t bougie enough. Then last year another blogger who was like, “please STFU about barefoot dreams, it’s just a blanket” said she had a pair of socks her sister gifted her 10 years ago and she wanted a new pair and asked her sister where she got them … low and behold they were barefoot dreams. Long story long, I’m going to see what it’s really about.
NIKE SWEATSUIT: I have these joggers in black already. I LOVE them abd wear them year around. I will say the black does fade … a lot. Last year during the sale I bought the sister version of this set with the palazzo pant and still wear it a year later. WTBS, the Nike sweatsuit is a must have for me!
PLAID WOOL SHACKET: IYKYK, my cream sherpa shacket was EVERYTHING last year. Hands down my most worn outerwear. I really wanted a plaid version but stock was piecy and I couldn’t commit to a color. I like this one because the colors are subtle and chic.
STEVE MADDEN PLATFORM CHELSEA BOOT: in full transparency these were gifted. However, I did pick them out and am completely obsessed with them. I have wanted a cream/off white chunky boot for a year and of all the boots I’ve seen in the past year these are my favorite! I’ll definitely be pairing these with the Nike sweatsuit and the plaid shacket. These are available in black and tan as well.
