I’m into the second half of my 3 week Paris trip, the weather is finally getting better. It rained 6 of the first 10 days I was here. With the rain clearing up they’ll be more opportunities for fits! The first post was getting long so I added a part deux since they’ll be more/better fits.

File this coat as one of my best outerwear purchases this year. I ordered it twice in the Summer but was sent the petite both times, apparently it was just mislabeled on the site and that’s all they had.
While I’m a 5’4″ shortie I really wanted the coat to be floor length and the petite was slightly above the ankle. Then they released this coat a few weeks ago, I reorder it this time in the black. I’m waiting days for my order to ship when they cancelled the order. I was so disappointed but they had this graige fully stocked so I went ahead and ordered it.
I’m so happy the original cognac, then the black didn’t work out because this graige is the absolute perfect color and style for me.
I’m wearing my true size, medium.
PANTS: they’re from Zara, $35 and run true to size. LINKED HERE!
It’s giving hot chocolate and croissants at Angelina’s but I was under the weather so the furthest I got was Lindt. Their hot chocolate was ahmazing, highly recommend if you’re in the area.
SWEATER: I was eying this sweater a year or two. When planning my trip to Paris I started shopping for wool knits to help me stay warm. That gave me the perfect excuse to finally make the purchase.
This one is a bit more itchy than some of my other wool tops but I love her so we move.
PRO TIP aka an FYI: wool only itches if it’s not cold enough. The itch goes away the weather actually calls for wool. I’ve always stayed away from wool until I realized this. Now, if it’s under 40 degrees wool me down!
I’m wearing the M/L
I’m giving these trousers a 10/10 however, sizing is funny for me.
I’m between an 29 and 30 right now. This style is under AF’s Curve Love line which I normally wear an 8 in, these are a 10 and if I’m the slighest bloated they choke my bootie and peach. Soooo I could go up 2 sizes. Reviews say they run big though.
Idk Idk.
With that being said, they are very comfortable, nice cut and very versatile. I’ll def add more colors.
I wanted a cute fit for the Dior Galerie but it was 28 degress and snowing so I went with warm instead.
COAT: His name is Wallis, Wallis has come in major clutch this trip. He goes with everything and easily elevates every thing.
Wallis isn’t LTK linkable, you can find the direct link HERE!
Wallis is an excellent price for the style, only $225. That’s because Wallis isn’t wool, he’s pretty wool sans wool but if you’re in a cold climate. I recommend layering a wool or cashmere knit underneath for ultimate warmth.
I’m wearing my true size, medium.
